Order Processing

How Does Tea Dropshipping Work?

Once you receive an order, send the order details to orders@theexoteas.com using our Order Form (available via our initial email).

Once we receive your dropshipping request, we will email you with the estimate including the shipping cost and the payment link.

Once we receive the payment, we will process your order.

  1. We will prepare your Teas,
  2. We will print your labels and customize your packaging, and
  3. We will ready it for shipping.

Once our Courier partner has picked up the order from our Warehouse in Siliguri, Darjeeling, India, and the Tracking Id is generated, we will share the Tracking Id with you so that you can share it with your customer.

  1. Orders are processed as per the sequence they are received at our warehouse in Siliguri, Darjeeling, India.
  2. Smaller orders received before 11 am (India Standard Time) are usually processed the same day.
  3. Bigger orders received after 11 am are treated as the next working day’s order.
  4. Normal order processing and dispatch timeline is O+3 days (Order received day + 3 working days).
